About
Darcie is a Senior Project Manager with Kilpatrick Townsend's LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. In Darcie's 20+ year project management career, she has regularly consulted with attorneys and clients on all phases of the EDRM, project planning, and technical issues regarding e-discovery. Darcie is an expert on a variety of e-discovery software platforms including Relativity, the industry-leading e-discovery platform used in-house by Kilpatrick Townsend. She routinely counsels clients on defensible data preservation strategies and has conducted dozens of onsite and remote collections of both structured and unstructured data sources. Darcie has also served as the court-approved e-discovery expert and liaison for some in the firm's most high profile construction matters. In addition, she is regularly engaged to consult on the employment of Early Case Assessment strategies, analytics, and predictive coding technology as a way to create more efficient, streamlined document reviews. Darcie is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the experience and expertise to manage cases from inception to closure.
Darcie is a recipient of the firm's Gold Coin for Quality Customer Service Award in 2012. Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, she held management positions with two national Litigation Support vendors.
