About
Nora Prokosch is an E-Discovery Paralegal with Kilpatrick Townsend’s LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. A graduate of Guilford College with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, she integrates her management, leadership and organization skills into her position in e-discovery. As an E-Discovery Paralegal, Nora assists with the management of document reviews and the day-to-day work of document review teams. She also creates complex searches, prepares document productions and conducts collections of social media and other websites. Nora is also a key member of the LitSmart team that manages notices of dispute and arbitrations for telecommunications clients. For this project, she works with a team of attorneys and contract paralegals to analyze notices of dispute, track deadlines and responses, and ensure the overall workflow is handled in an efficient manner. Nora's creativity, strong work ethic, innate leadership skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges have proven to be invaluable to the LitSmart team.
Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Nora worked as a legal assistant with a small bankruptcy law firm in Greensboro, NC, where she managed accounts and client records; developed working relationships with courts, clients, debtors and attorneys; and provided legal assistance in a variety of ways. While at Guilford College, Nora managed the Guilford College Information Desk for two years, where she was responsible for responding to a variety of inquiries ranging from college tuition to housing to campus events. She also trained new staff on policies, procedures and performance strategies. In addition, Nora was a member of Guilford’s Women’s Tennis Team, serving as Captain her junior and senior years.
