Atlanta, Georgia – October 23, 2018 – Kilpatrick Townsend was named a finalist in the Relativity Innovation Awards at Relativity Fest for Best Innovation: Law Firm or Corporation for their LitSmart® Shipping Tracker application.
The LitSmart® Shipping Tracker provides clients with a tightly integrated shipping solution that delivers data to their team, tracks its location, and manages shipping costs — all within one application. The paramount importance of tracking media containing sensitive information inspired Kilpatrick Townsend to develop a solution that enables clients to create shipping labels and track the shipment’s progress within Relativity, drastically simplifying a multistep process to save time and increase efficiency.
“I’m extremely proud of our entire team for their dedicated work on this project,” said LitSmart® E-Discovery Team Leader Craig Cannon, “Being a finalist for the fourth year in a row for this prestigious and coveted honor is a true testament to Kilpatrick Townsend’s commitment to client service and innovation.”
The Relativity Innovation Awards recognize organizations and individuals who build innovative solutions, break down barriers for technology in the practice of law, move e-discovery forward, and extend the capabilities of the Relativity platform.
Relativity recognized finalists and announced winners during a special ceremony at Relativity Fest, the annual e-discovery conference that was held from September 30 – October 3 in Chicago. This year, Relativity Fest brought over 2,000 attendees from around the world together for engaging panel discussions, hands-on labs, breakout sessions, and insights from both Relativity team members and end users. Myles McLeod, a Senior Project Manager on the LitSmart® E-Discovery Team, led the development of the application and presented the LitSmart® Shipping Tracker to all Relativity Fest attendees.
“It is great to see Kilpatrick Townsend continually recognized for their usage of our platform with their newest LitSmart® Shipping Tracker app, “said Drew Deitch, Director, Strategic Partnerships, at Relativity. “Being recognized as a finalist at the Innovation Awards for four consecutive years is no small task and showcases Kilpatrick’s commitment to innovation.”
